If you can't assemble the bike by yourself, please take it to your local bike shop for assistance. But you need pay the assemble fee to them. 4. Pedal threads are different from left side and right side. L / R signs are marked on the spindle of the each pedal, make sure they are assembled on the right side .Thread both pedals into the crank arms as far as you can by hand. Stranded on my first ride...CHECK YOUR RIMS
It's a nice bike, but was missing an important component...The bike arrived on Thursday, July 30th and was assembled the same day. I rode it for the first time the following Saturday, Aug. 1st only to get a flat tire 8 miles into my ride. Thankfully my friend had a spare. We continued our ride and just before hitting 19 miles, I got ANOTHER flat on the same rear tire! The tire was changed AGAIN, but I got another flat on the same tire. I had to get a ride back to my vehicle. I took the bike to my local bike shop where the Rep showed me that the rear wheel was missing the rim tape which caused the flat tires.. Out of precaution I had the Rep check the front rim, and the tape was there. I'm unsure of the quality control process with this seller, but would recommend taking the time to check the rims to avoid consumer headaches, being stranded and spending additional money for an item that should have been present on the bike upon arrival. Three inner tubes, a bike shop visit and an additional out of pocket expense later I was finally able to ride the bike.

started having problems within 1 ride
Don’t buy, this product is complete garbage..I have only ridden 2 miles on this bike and encountered more problems that I have on my previous bike in 2 years:- The handlebar tape fell off on the first ride, that part is assembled by the company.- The paint/pattern on the seat started coming off at the end of the ride- One of the protective caps around the shifter fell- Bicycle crank set started making funny noises, skipping pedals- Breaks stop the wheel by default, but when actually trying to break they do not slow down the bike enough..
