Great product, definitely helps curve my appetite

I'm expecting great results from the product based on the early usage alleviating the bloat in my stomach.I have also been able to maintain a steady weight versus bouncing up and down a few pounds each day.I have not changed my daily routine but I have noticed that, that same routine does not focus on what I will be eating for my next meal. This is huge for me.I have cut out snacking between meals because the urge is gone.My portion sizes have been minimized.With all these positive changes in just under 2 weeks I cannot wait for the rest of the results!

Doesn't make you buzzy, but provides some energy for low tired overworked days. Plan ahead though and don't take it when you expect to sleep soon.
