This item is very good, it can be worn all the time, at the gym or while your doing your walks. I can feel the sweat and I’m happy with this item it’s value for money.

I thought it might be tricky to get on and off but its actally very easy and really helps during my workouts.

Far to small not sized like it says it is a medium would be lucky to fit a very small child

Great vest.I am putting it on through my legs,it is much easier.I am size14 and bought S/M.

Very tight fit but manageable when you step into it and pull up. Have a towel handy to stand on when taking it off after exercise as the sweat is insane. Don't know yet if it helps with weight loss but will persevere. Marked it down because of the very strong fish smell you get when you first open the packaging. I soaked it in cool soapy water then washed it and it was fine.

Too small for an M size my arms were hurting me also not the item that they show in the picture so it suppose to be under your breast but it was covering my breast to. From my point I don't recommend this item disappointed.
