Been buying AirFeet for years, can not work without them. I'm on concrete floors all day and these feel amazing! Highly recommend!

As someone with neuropathy, these came highly recommended.These probably ruined my knees. I've never had knee problems or knee I njuries until I had these.First my left knee's meniscus tore without me even knowing it at the time. I hadn't done anything stupid or reckless, just taking my daily walk. Then my other knee's meniscus got strained while trying to recover. My left knee has never healed and probably won't, even with surgery due to its low blood-flow/circulation location. Every step I take hurts. This has been going on since shortly after these came in the mail.Were they comfy? Yeah. Up to the point where they ruined my knees, probably. I would like to sue the hell out of this company, but I doubt I could prove anything. For what it's worth, my stained right knee didn't start healing until I _stopped_ using these.I would give this zero stars if I could.Caveat emptor...

I am looking to find an excellent insert that has good cushioning and was willing to try the $50 option vs the $14 versions off the shelf in pharmacies. Bad choice with this product - opening the package i knew this was likely to be a poor option as the surface of the insert is abrasive/textured instead of smooth and very thin with minimal gel filled support pillows. Clearly the maker doesn't understand polyneuropathy. The abrasive surface aggravates my neuropathy and the minimal size of the gel-filled cushions does nothing to compensate either. These are worse than the basic models available off the shelf and at 3x cost - likely the worst purchase decision on my part for quite some time.

I ordered these for my husband as he is a mechanic and is on his feel all day on concrete floors. He constantly complains about foot and hip pain as a result. These insoles has changed his life! He reports that he no longer has tired achy feet after a 10 hour day on concrete floors! He no loner experiences knee or hip pain! He says his feet feel supported and his feet are comfortable all day. I especially appreciate a company that has a 100% guarantee, so they stand behind their product! I completely agree that is is the best orthotic, and they are affordable and long lasting. We will purchase more for our other boots/shoes! I really wanted these to do the trick. I play tennis 3-4 times a week and was looking for an insert as I've developed plantar fasciitis and despite all the rav reviews these I think made it worse instead of better for me. I used them as directed but they offer little arch support which is the main factor in healing PF. These are not for athletics they do not offer the kind of arch support you would expect from a typical orthotic. Save your money do better research a get a true orthotic nice idea failed product.
