Q: Is the kelly green actually green or is it blue like the picture?

I have ordered this twice now (kelly green) and both times I have received the navy blue. I just finished talking with Amazon and they were going to see what they could do on their end. So frustrating as I needed this shirt by 10/2 and it is 9/30 today and I still don't have it.
