Massage Gun Deep Tissue Percussion Message Gun Electric Massager with Heat and Cool for Athletes Muscle Recovery Therapy

I've only had this product for 7 months and it won't turn on. I tried all the tricks and watched the video. Nothing worked. I want it replaced but only had 30 days to do so. I take great care of my things but I think it is made to die fast do it forces you to buy it again.

I have been looking for a heated massage gun that would work for me. I have tried others that were too large and hard to manage during use and one that required the heated head to be charged separately, which didn't seem like a good idea to me. I purchased the Rolaz not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprise when I received it. It is much smaller than I expected and very easy to manage. The hot/cold feature is great! I don't know how much I will use the cold, but the hot portion I will for sure. The 118 degree F rating seems perfect for me and on high it is a bit too hot to use directly on the skin, but there are 3 heat temps to choose from. It is not the most powerful but it is just want I need. I use it for inner thigh cramping which is very hard to stretch and massage out. The only thing that gets rid of the cramp for me is a heating pad wrapped around my leg, but that takes a few minutes to get hot enough to be effective. Enter the Rolaz; this works perfectly! I can massage the cramp with almost instant heat.I am very please with this purchase and although not looking forward to the next cramp, I know I can manage it much better now.

The product came in a very nice packaging and looked great! It even had a metal case to hold the unit and attachments which was unexpected and very nice.Unfortunately, that is where the good features ended. It showed that it had plenty of charge and I turned it on and it started immediately, then in about 10 seconds it stopped. I kept starting it and it kept stopping. I thought that maybe it needed a full charge, so I let it charge over night. It did the same thing, so I immediately requested to return it to Amazon. I thought surely this was an aberration, so I requested a replacement. Amazon's amazing customer service had the replacement here the next day.The replacement had no battery charge at all, so I plugged it in and gave it a full charge. When I unplugged it and turned it on, it began to work perfectly and then it happened again. It ran for approximately 10 seconds and stopped. Exactly like what happened with the first unit, I would turn it on and it would run and then it would stop in a few seconds.I was unable to find a customer service phone number on the manual that came with it or online. The manual was very poorly written, with lots of words "runtogetherlike" this, which made it very hard to read. To me, this shows a lack of attention to detail.Bottom line, I am returning both of the units and I will be ordering another brand.

We bought this massage gun for my wife's birthday, so light weight was important. It was the lightest one we could find, only 620g, and combined with its other features and benefits, is terrific. The motor is strong and the heated head is awesome, resulting in a truly great, relaxing and effective way to relax those tight muscles. I'm a professional therapist and I have now bought a second one for my clinic, that's how impressed I am. My patients love it! It comes with a well designed and built light travel case so we can take it with us wherever we go. All the different heads you need to get to the different muscle groups. It has a 15min auto shut-off to prevent the motor from overheating, and it is advised to leave the gun to rest for 2hrs. We haven't used it for more than 15min yet so haven't experienced this problem. Recharging time is about 5 hrs so if you want to have longer than 15min massage, buy a second one. You won't be disappointed!

My husband has been using this massager for over a year and loves it!! It is very powerful and with all the different attachments it can do his whole body!! The heat and cool is awesome!! I contacted this company because it stopped taking a charge and they replaced the original. The only thing I do not like is I tend to hold it very tightly and it vibrates my hand, but that isn't really a downfall on the product. This is a very powerful massager, best we have ever owned, and we have owned many!! The battery life is great and really does allow you to do the whole body on one charge.

After hours trying to figure out how to make it work properly, without shutting down after a few seconds of work, I've decided to try another charger, with 5,0v 2,0A output, from and old samsung mobile, and now the massage gun seems to work well! I almost thought it was defective. Several other people have posted reviews about the gun shutting down within seconds of use, I believe this is a problem with the charger being used. It is very stupid for the company not supplying the gun with the charger, as it appears to be the cause of most of the problems that leads to bad reviews. And that is also why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

This unit is perfect for sore muscles. I typically use the cold feature but the hot is nice as well. I like the three different speeds as well. It is a really good size that fits comfortably in your hand. It also comes with a cool box to store it in. I would highly recommend this unit.

Works great. Very long battery life not to heavy. Easy to use
