Perfect Fit
I have the 2.5" barrel and this holster is perfect for it. It is very stiff as are most of your leather holsters. I'll be putting some leather conditioner on it to soften up the leather a bit. Ammo holder on is just fine for the 410 I haven't tried the 45LC yet. Overall a good holster for the Judge.

Initially a great holster, time will tell
So far on day one it’s a really nice holster. The cartridge loops are perfect. Some holsters are too tight or too loose but these are perfect. The holster is really tight on my poly judge but it’s also brand new leather. It will work itself in over time like all my other leather holsters. It wears well and is sturdy. Once it’s breaks in I’m sure it will draw a lot easier. I’ll update over time but it’s a really nice holster

Coach Gun Holster
As advertised. I have a Judge 3" magnum with a 3" barrel. The fit is secure and just right. The cartridge loops hold their cargo snugly. The stitching and leather are good quality and nicely molded. Shipping was quick and hassle free. This holster isn't the cheapest option, but it's probably the closest fitting one made, as far as I know, and the handy reloads are definitely a bonus. It keeps your gun tight to your hip, and it has no floppiness or wiggle due to the two belt loop design; a benefit over a clip-on style. I wouldn't swing by my ankles with my gun in it, but it holds the gun pretty secure otherwise. Though it fits close, it still sticks out substantially, especially with the cartridge loops, if you're carrying under a shirt. I'd certainly recommend it, if it's what you're after.

Very sturdy leather. worried a bit about the finish on my gun but will see over time. holds the 410 rounds very nicely for my judge. I wanted to put two 45 rounds in the front slots as I saw online and did it but they are so tight in the leather hoops that it would be hard to get them out quickly. Gun fits very snugly. I bought a leather gun belt from Hanks, amazing belt but the slot on this holster there in the end is a bit narrow for most duty style belts so I will need to dremel it out a bit to fit the belt, but other than that, it fits nice, looks great!

Nice holster
A nice fit for the Judge. Lays snuggly on your hip and easy to use with just a belt. The shells fit just right into the cartridge loops.

Don’t look elsewhere for a judge holster
Absolutely love it, always carry my judge when I’m camping or hiking. Very sturdy and comfortable to wear. Love the extra cartridge slots. Word of advice don’t leave the gun in the holster for extended periods of time, have heard the leather preservatives are not good for the gun finish.

And the crowd goes... "Eh."
I'll end up keeping this as it's functional, but it's certainly not as advertised. The leather isn't very high quality, and it's not stitched symmetrically around the holster, with the seams rising and dipping and wobbling around the shape of it rather than being smooth lines. It does seem like it holds pretty well against a belt though, so now just to determine if the thin material can support the weight of a judge. The ammo loops around the side, for me, work well for holding .410 shells, but are all too small to hold .45 colt ammunition as shown in the picture used for the ad. Maybe with time I could get it to adapt, but at the range the judge is functional, I suppose some of the .410 defense loads anyway, that another full house of those is sufficient. Overall, I kind of consider anything having to do with the idea of "carrying" this big ridiculous run kind of a novelty item anyway so I can overlook flaws that would otherwise get it returned. But with the way it's made, if this was meant to hold a daily carry, it'd get returned.
