Look I don't have good baseline for the standard of quality in artificial fish, but these blew my mind! First they are beautiful, and super realistic. I got them out of the amazon box and threw them at my kids and they basically pissed their pants. My Halloween costume this year was Red Tide, a devastating algae bloom that threatens our marine life here in SW Florida. I carried these in a fishing net over my shoulder while I was covered in fake blood and seaweed. People were horrified. But the real coup de grace was these fish. Covered in blood, people were waving them around the dance floor under the DJ's laser lights. Their flexibility is unrivaled when shaking them to the beat. One lost an eye because I was overly excited launching them around the party. Another one has an unexplained burn mark, but is otherwise intact, and was not present prior to the party. These were subjected to more abuse than I ever imagined. My dream was to win the powerball and buy a truckload of these fish, but I lost, so I'm making the best of the three I have. I keep them on the passenger seat of my convertible, and when someone does something boneheaded in traffic I just wave my fish at them and they immediately know it was their fault and should feel ashamed. If I had more I'd probably leave them in fun places, but I'm not made of money. Only gripe is that I didn't win the costume contest this year, but it wasn't the fishes' fault. It was that guy who spent the whole time chatting up the waitresses who were, unbeknownst to me, the judges of the costume contest. Plenty of people have come up and to me and said you really should have won, especially with those fish. I don't know why you're looking to buy fake fish, but that's your business--just trust me when I say these five stars are completely deserved.

Love these fish!I had been on the fence about whether or not they would suit our needs, but they worked out perfectly!Realistic, good coloring with an appropriate amount of texture, I like that it can be seen from a distance, as well as the eyes, lightweight. The paint marker I used over the top of them worked well with a couple of swipes. Along with being just the right size, these fish are as claimed to be, and I couldn't be happier! I should say WE couldn't be happier! The fish were used to make my husband and the kid's father his Bday/ Vday gift. Since he already has everything!Will certainly consider ordering from them again!

The fish were really huge and came in a plastic bag and are pretty sturdy and look real authentic. I would just suggest to handle them with care because my son use it as a science project and all his classmates were touching them and they do scratch easily so be careful if you don’t want to scratch off the surface. But they were great for his project and I would use them for a party theme if it involves sea like objects or theme.

I ordered these fish for a science activity with my university students. They are very realistic and were perfect for our activity. However, after less than 30 minutes of use the paint started peeling off some of the fish.I haven't had to contact a seller many times for items purchased on Amazon but I did in this case and the situation was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.Even though they look great, I'm still concerned a little about the durability of the fish if they are handled much. The seller however deserves 5 stars.

I bought this set of three fish for a project at church—Jonah and the great fish. Our grandson will be Jonah, sitting inside the belly, surrounded by seaweed and dead fish. Perfect props.
