I put these in the heels that I can not last more than 20 minutes in and easily went the whole night on my feet. Gave the extra support I needed and kept my feet from slowly slipping down as I wore it to prevent compressing and pain. It's great that you can pop them in and out of any pair of shoes so you can use it for many pairs but on the same note means you have to keep good track of it to not lose a side.

These are great and are narrower than most insoles so they fit well in women's sneakers. I can walk a long time with them and never get sore feet (I have metatarsalgia). Recommended

My foot arches are starting to fall so these give the added support without being bulky.

マルジェラの足袋ブーツに入れて履いています。足袋ブーツは普通のインソールが形状的にも、高さ的にも入れられないため、こちらのハーフインソールを入れてみたところ、いくらでも歩けるくらい快適になりました。このソール無しで履いた際は、ブロックの上をずっと歩いているんじゃないかと思うくらいヒールが足に合わなくて、足の裏の真ん中にヒールの円柱と同じ大きさの靴擦れが出来たので感謝しています…！

I bought them for arch support. I can wear these with my heels and by the end of the day my arch doesn't hurt. I am a huge fan of these.
