Bought these for the kids at our party and also to teach kids how to use a drop spindle for spinning wool. Very good for both purposes. They are cheap plastic toys, so don't expect them to last for months, but they may surprise you. I haven't broken the one on my desk yet and the cat has helped me try. We'll see how the kids get to them next week.

Although these are a bit difficult to spin, for the price I think they are a good buy. My son isn't old enough to spin them yet, but he's entertained while I do. I wouldn't expect to pay any more for this type of toy so I'm pleased with my purchase.

The product was exactly what I needed. I needed them for a classroom activity and theyou were big enough for my students to see and manipulate which is what I wanted. They spun very well and are very durable.

These are cheap plastic tops and do not hold up well at all. My 3 boys had them destroyed within a couple months.

My students' first wood-working projects are wooden spinning tops. These colorful plastic tops are great fun for kids who are waiting to work. The colorful swirling galaxy on the inside gives them great ideas for painting their own wooden creations. They spin for a long time and are good play motivators for kids who need reinforcement with their fine motor skills. Learning by playing and enjoyable social interaction is a great benefit!

The plastic swirl is too heavy for the little fingers (age 3-5). and can not swirl for more than 20 seconds. I can spin a coin for longer time.I put it away and did not give to my grandkid.

pretty cheap looking but they are great for party favours as part of a gift bag. They break really easy too, so if you step on them they wont break your foot.
