Aerolatte Cappuccino Stencil Set, For Latte Coffee Art, Set of 6 Stencils

we do upscale desserts in our restaurant. These are the perfect touch to a creme brulee or a cake slice to give it that "special touch". I know they are for coffee... but they work great on desserts. The only problem is in a busy kitchen, they do get misplaced... LOL. They are very small and white. We never put them in the dishwasher, I am afraid they would melt. So we hand rinse them. They are a great addition to our "special tools" drawer.

Love these. They work great, if I prepare the foam right. For me this means the top of the foam should no higher than the rim of the cup and I rest the stencil on top of the cup. (I make froth from skim milk (prepared in a separate cup) with something like this:  Ozeri Deluxe Milk Frother and Whisk in Stainless Steel with Stand and 4-Frothing Attachments ) I usually use cinnamon though cocoa works well, too, using a shaker (have two of these  Neeshow 18/8 Stainless Steel Fine Mesh Shaker . After sprinkling, shake the extra topping by tilting the stencil over the shaker, and then tap the shaker on the counter to move it back inside.My aluminum case is a bit bent (other reviews mentioned this and I think this is why the price is so great). Not a problem.

FUN FUN FUN! The trick is to not sprinkle lots of cinnamon at once - otherwise too much goes through cracks and nuances of design are lost. It helps if you're not in a hurry and I've found the best distributors of cinnamon over the stencil are my fingers through a sieve.

The item is very well made and will last a long time, but as I sprinkle chocolate powder over my frothed mild topping my coffee I find it hard to get a perfect result. Perhaps not the fault of the product, just the system. I'm going to try

I bought these as a stocking-stuffer for my husband. He makes me a cappuccino every morning, sprinkling cinnamon on top to decorate. I thought he might like to try these stencils. I thought that the novelty would wear off but here it is March and he is still using them daily. I think he really likes how they give his cappuccino a finished look and he loves to make me happy. Be sure that the foam is not too high in the cup as these stencils lay on top of the cup before sprinkling the cinnamon. They wash off easily and store in a square thin tin that stores easily into a drawer below the espresso machine. He has used these stencils when we have company and they are impressed with the presentation.

i was really looking forward to the beautiful cappuccino art that these stencils would provide me with and let’s just say my expectations weren’t even close to being met. i’m infuriated, absolutely infuriated. i followed the instructions precisely and when i lifted the stencil, there was cinnamon EVERYWHERE. are you kidding aerolatte? this is just shameful...

Nice product, I give it 4 stars because some shapes came out better than the other but still I would buy it again or recommend to a friend.

Perfect little stencils to use to top my cappuccino with a dusting of hot chocolate mix. They are easy to clean and I love the fact they come with their own little storage case which makes it easy to place and find in my cupboard. They are fun and put a smile on my face.

Pattern doesnt form

It works fine but does need a lot of practice to get a detailed art logo in your cup. I've used them 5-6 times each already and some are harder to reproduce a distinct design than others. Practice will improve the results for sure.
