Update: Seller sent replacement Stopped working
Update: seller sent upgraded replacement. They do stand behind their product. I recommend! This product was okay. The app freezes a lot and has trouble staying connected even within 20 ft. It stopped working last month for no reason.

Does (nearly) nothing.
Purchased two collars for my two very loud dogs. Both collars behave exactly alike, which is to say they don't work really at all. Easy to install the app and connect to the collars via bluetooth. Took pics of the dogs for the app, which is a cute feature, and tested both collars with the app - all good.(this is where it falls apart). The collars' bluetooth range is about two feet. Other bluetooth devices work perfectly at long range with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Verified batteries are fully charged on both collars. Once you connect to the collar (usually by holding the collar in your hand next to your phone) everything works as it should. Put it on the dog and take a step back, and suddenly you're too far away to connect. Garbage. But ok, at least the 'passive vibration in response to barking' feature should work, right? I turned the sensitivity all the way down to 60Db, and no sound can trigger the vibrate. There's a helpful sound meter built into the app, which shows my dogs bark at 80 and 95+ Db respectively (turns out even I can bark over 60Db...) but the collars never trigger. Garbage. In short, i wanted these collars to do two things and they do zero things. Battery life is great. turns out doing nothing doesn't use a lot of battery. Garbage.

Don’t waste your money
The collar takes too long to connect to the app. The phone can be right next to the collar and it still will take too long to connect. The range of connection for the remote is meant to be 50ft but it’s even less than 25ft. The barks can be detected at 60(dBs) to 160, 60 being the highest and it still won’t detect the bark sometimes. It’s not worth 30 bucks.

The ONLY way my dog finally STOPPED barking
So I'm pretty experienced in training dogs. I've been training dogs for over 10 years, and every once in a while you get a dog that will not get rid of a bad habit.Well let me tell you I tried EVERYTHING to get my dog to stop Barking and absolutely nothing worked. I was able to get him to stop jumping on people and scratching for attention, but the Barking would never go away.I did lots of researching and found this AMAZING product!Other collars will shock your dog and that's it. This DR.TRAINER collar allows you to train your dog to stop Barking. It has a progressive function that increases each time the dog barks. I have mine set to shock after 2 barks. Also, the company provides INCREDIBLE customer service! The 1st day my dog was somehow able to take off the collar and he pretty much destroyed the collar. Which was my fault, the instructions say to watch your dog while its first using the collar in case they take it off, well I did not. I left my dog alone and discovered he took it off and ripped up the collar.I reached out to the company to try and buy another collar but they sent me a new one free! And they shipped it with UPS for FREE!!!!!Bottom line: this is the best solution to have your dog stop Barking, its the most humane way since it only vibrates, sounds and provides a static shock enough to annoy your dog but not hurt them. The company is absolutely the best in customer support and service.Stop reading reviews and buy this Rechargeable DR.TRAINER collar and finally get your dog to stop barking!

Losing connection??
So maybe it’s me???The collar seems to disconnect every time I’m away with my phone.Coming home I have to reconnect it every time. That’s literally the only issue I have, but it’s also a major issue for me. I’d like the collar to remain on, even when my phone isn’t near by. If I leave my phone at home while on a walk, its not working. I’ve emailed the company, hopefully they’ll tell me did something working and how it can be fixed.

False triggering and bad app
I bought this collar because it could do both auto anti-bark and training mode with a remote. However, I find it difficult to use and inconsistent. The two stars are just for a relatively good battery life. This is just a poorly designed collar. Trying to train with the app is just nearly impossible. You have to correct when they are doing the act, but by the time you open up the app and it spend up to a minute "connecting" your dog has forgotten. The app also randomly disconnects making it awful to use. However my biggest gripe with this collar is that it punishes my dog when he's done nothing wrong. It's quite false advertising to say "No False Triggering" on its page. The collar goes off quite randomly. Sometimes when there are loud noises nearby or my dog is scratching himself the collar just goes off. Additionally it doesn't go off consistently when he does bark either. More like into the 5th bark does it activate. I've tried adjusting the sensitivity but it doesn't seem to have much effect to stopping the randomness. This is just a poorly designed collar. This randomness doesn't help my dog learn anything and causes anxiety. If it weren't past the return window I would've returned this item.
