Excellent brush pen
It's a high quality pen, lightweight but feels durable. The brush tip is on the softer side, lays out ink beautifully, you can get a great range of line sizes, feels a little large for finer details but it can be done. Feels very similar to the pentel brush pen, if you like that one you'll like this one.

Lovely waterproof pen with great range of line width
I’ve owned this pen for maybe a year now and I use it in about half of my paintings and illustrations that I line. Remember that it’s a disposable pen so when it’s out you have to buy a whole new pen. However, the pen is still going strong despite the frequent use, so it definitely holds a lot of ink and the brush is sturdy as well.I wish the ink was a little blacker but I’m pretty picky when it comes to ink so I think it’s pretty excellent regardless. The range of line width you can achieve with the nylon brush tip (which I prefer over felt tips) it’s pretty great! It’s a great pen for both bold lines and small details when you get used to it (people with shaky hands, beware).Overall I really enjoy using this pen. Lining work has become one of my favorite steps of the artistic process because of pens like these. When the ink finally runs out, I’m almost certain I’ll buy another! :)

This Brush pen is pretty darned good!
This Brush pen is pretty darned good. Draws a very fine line when I want one and spreads nicely for thicker lines. In my general inking it gives character to the lines with a bit of variance to the lines. Just what I want in a brush pen. I may buy the Copic set, so I wanted to start with this pen to compare. My other favorite is my Pentel Pocket Brush Pen which comes with a refill cartridge. This Copic is very similar. I have been using several other brush pens. I started with a Prismacolor Premium brush tip marker with a smaller stiffer brush (comes in set of 4 with 2 liners and 1 chisel tip), a Tombow dual brush from their grayscale pen set, and a Pigma Brush pen. All OK and have their uses.

Great brush pen!
This is a brush pen with actual bristles, not one of the marker-tip or hard tip type "brush pens". It is like the pentel brush pen and every bit is good. I prefer this one to the pentel just a bit for more consistent ink flow and a better "feel" for me. The only advantage the pentel pen has is - refill cartridges. Copic is a trusted brand and great name in markers and pens, this brush pen, doesn't disappoint.

Great brush pen for use with Copic Markers
Product came in good condition, looks great, feels good in hand, great for use with copic markers as it drys fast and doesn't smear when colored over, ink isn't super black as compared to a pentel brush pen for instance however it drys much much faster

Nice brush quality, harder to acquire. Non-refillable.
Great brush pen. Compatible nicely with COPIC markers (duh) since it's bleed and smear resistant.A little harder to get since these tend to be out of stock often or unfulfilled by Amazon, but Pentel has a great alternative that has refillable ink, too:Pentel Arts Pocket Brush Pen, Includes 2 Black Ink Refills (GFKP3BPA)Being non-refillable is not a CON since by the time you run dry, your brush may already be too worn to matter. So, something to consider.

Only wish it were refillable
Over the past year I've tried close to 2 dozen different brush pens, and at this point, I've settled into 3 that I use regularly. The Pentel Pocket Brush, the Kuretake Sumi, and the Copic Gasenfude. They all behave differently, so it really depends on what your using it for.My only complaint is that it isn't refillable. Its lines are less dynamic than the Pen, less suited for blacking in large areas, but it provides much better fine control. The ink is excellent and doesn't bleed when washed over with marker; ive used with alcohol and water based. You wont know if you like the feel and look it produces until you try it, but its solid.

Oh my word.....
This is the first time I have bought myself a Copic marker and I'm not disappointed! This pen flows so nicely! It's my new favourite, I'm new in using a pen like this by the way so don't judge ;)Get this pen, you won't regret it.

Lovely brush liner
I love this brush, can get lovely thin lines or rough thick lines. The nylon tip is lovely to work with. I don’t know if this is refillable though
