They're a little pricey, but I've tried so many other digestive enzymes and nothing helps my IBS / fodmaps intolerances like the Renew Life range.I was a little concerned as I'd heard they'd changed the formulation, but I've been relieved to find these still do the trick. I usually will take one of these either before or after a meal that I think will be a little tough to digest and they generally manage to help calm my stomach down and prevent flare-ups. I'll sometimes combine them with a ginger tablet a little after, since the Ultra version doesn't have the ginger in it that my beloved (but now impossible to find) Regular strength had.Definitely going to order more - and keep ordering! These are almost life saving for me.

They have no flavour and are very easy to swallow. They come in a bright bottle that's easy to open and store away on the shelf when you're not using them. You only need to take one capsule a day (with food, preferably in the morning) and as there's 90 capsules in the bottle, this is a 3 month supply. With this in mind, £29.99 (£24.34 at time of writing due to a deal price) seems good value at just 30 pence a day, roughly.

I had high hopes for this after reading many positive reviews. Unfortunately these did not work for me at all, didn’t notice the slightest difference.I should be going back to using plant based digestive enzymes, which are a pricer but do the job right.

These tablets are easy to swallow. The capsules aren’t too big.I was taking digestive enzymes in tablet form before but the flavour wasdisgusting if especially if it didn’t go down straight away. So taking these in capsuleform is much better for me.I take this because I had my gall bladder removed, and feel it’s definitely helping.

This is very similar to another digestive support enzyme my partner has been taking for a while and are great for making sure you get the most out of your food intake in terms of absorbing nutrients and proteins and breaking down carbohydrates and fats etc, so these are a brilliant supplement if you work out regularly and want to get the most out of your fuel and growth foods and help keep in shape at the same time. If you're on any kind of extreme or limiting diet then these are great too as they'll help make sure the food that you do get goes a lot further in terms of fuel and energy. They're also great for helping with IBS and food intolerances.He's been taking these for just over four weeks now in place of his other brand and they seem just as effective with no major changes noted and no ill side effects so he's really pleased with them, especially as he only needs to take one a day which means they will last around 3 months so these are great value too for a decent digestive enzyme and would recommend.
