Excellent Feel, look and quality

Pros:very cute, nice color, gets the job done, fits in car cup holderCons:Is too hot to hold once filled, leaks, kind of hard to drink out of, picks up scent really well (bad because its VERY HARD to get the scent out, + will pick up the scent of whatever you're trying to replace the initial scent with = overall, this means you will be experience the scent of whatever it has picked up along with the taste of your drink)

It looks nice and feels good, However I rarely use it as hot drink makes the mug too hot to touch.. I don't recommend it for the price..

Heat is not insulated. The exterior gets too hot to hold when there is a hot liquid inside.Does not fit into a standard size car cupholder.Liquid easily leaks out of the top when covered.I don't recommend this product.

Nice design and promising but it DOES NOT serve the purpose. My coffee gets cold quite quickly. Do not buy if you expect to have hot coffee after long time.

I loved, loved my cup till I dropped it in the sink while washing it and it cracked. I wish it was cheaper and I’d buy myself another one.

I have these in pink and cream and I've never loved a cup so much. They're so pretty and I really enjoy using them.They don't insulate at all, hot drinks will turn the cup hot and cold drinks will turn it cold. But it's so chic I don't care! It's ceramic, so insulation isn't something I expected anyway, and the people leaving poor reviews for that reason seem unreasonable to me. Love them to bits <3

I love everything about this mug. One of the things it wanted me to rate was "leak-proof" which I gave 3 stars since it's not very leak-proof, but that's not very important to me.Anyways, I'm very particular about my morning tea ritual & was on the hunt for a travel mug that fit all my criteria. I bought this mug about a year ago and have used it almost every day for my morning tea which I make at home and take into the office with me. It fits in my car's cup holders and is so soft to hold. I do not put the mug in the dishwasher even though it says dishwasher safe. I do, however, put it in the microwave a lot. I sip on my tea for a couple hours in the mornings and the fact that I can microwave it means I can sip on hot tea all morning long. I prefer this ceramic mug over an insulated mug because I love to feel the warmth of the drink in my hands, and because something about drinking tea/coffee from a metal insulated mug seems unceremonious to me. Additionally, I like to take the lid off to be able to smell the aroma of my tea when I drink it.The color is so cute & the ceramic has remained stain-free despite constant use. Some stains do build up over time but I use baking powder + water or dawn power wash to get the stains out every once in a while. All parts of the mug (including the silicone sleeve) have maintained their shape, texture, and color. I HIGHLY recommend this mug to coffee/tea lovers. It is definitely worth the money.
