It is so difficult to find a monthly-only planner and I am so glad that Blue Sky continues to make these!! I really prefer seeing the whole month and putting all of my important dates in one place where I can see what is coming up, and this planner is perfect for me! A daily or weekly planner has just never worked as well for me. I think because if I am only looking at the current day/week, it is easier for me to lose track of what is happening in the coming days or weeks. I am a teacher, so I have a lot of both short-term and long-term deadlines to keep track of. I wish this came in more colors/patterns and I did find the paper in this year's planner to be thinner and more flimsy feeling than I'd like, but I am just glad that this product exists. I also really appreciate the new goal-setting sections that appear at the beginning of this year's planner. I am excited to use them, and I hope they keep these sections in future versions of this planner!

Although I like to use electronic calendar, when making a class syllabus, it is essential to have a month in view calendar. It is also cumbersome to scroll through a calendar that also shows the weeks. It is much easier to use a calendar formatted for the academic year. This calendar is very similar to the calendar Blue Sky publishes each year. The major difference is the fonts inside and the cover pattern. The brand may be listed as Day Designer, but it is the same Blue Sky calendar. It seems that for the 2001 – 2022 school year, this is the only calendar made by Blue Sky that only shows the months and not the weeks.

I look for these every year. They are an academic year, not a calendar year... And let's face it. Even if you're not in school, that's how the year works. I can see the whole month as once, without flipping pages. There is plenty of room to write notes on each day, as well as memos on the side. It is also 3-hole punched, so I can put it in a binder if I choose.

I am not a fan of Sunday start calendars but it’s almost impossible to find Monday start versions and I needed some thing that would offer a month at a glance so I got this.It’s a nice, simple calendar but the Sunday start thing is just very weird if you’re trying to plan out a week. Also, the paper is very thin.

I am a teacher and have gotten this planner two years in a row now. I don’t need one that has all the extra space and stuff, just a basic calendar for each month so important events are easy to organize. This does just that and it a great size for carrying to meetings. It’s also a lovely front cover.

I really liked my BlueSky monthly planner from 2020-2021. I liked that is was light weight, super simple and with the plastic cover so water resistant. This new design has me returning the calendar. I hate that the general layout was switched so that notes are on the other side and the month name is moved around. I think I could have gotten use to that but the horrid bright pink flags all over the place for every holiday is so visually annoying and taking up writing space! I like the pervious style where the holidays were only written in for me in nice non-distracting writing (which was still part of the new style) and then if I wanted to note the holiday in some extra way I would do so. I have settled for a different calendar that I don't like nearly as much as the old Blue Sky just so I don't have the visually annoying little flags.

This is just what I was looking for. A thin planner to fit in my travel bag. Monthly view and blocks easy to write in and see your month at a glance.LOVE THIS!!!

I love this planner! It just has monthly part which I love for my school!!!!! I hope they continue to make this one!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
