It's a great setup if you are working from home and want to run a dual monitor setup. It allows you to put everything into one unit so you don't have to unplug everything when you need to take your laptop with you. The hub itself is really nice and durable and offers you extra USB slots and an Ethernet port so you can hard wire your connection to increase speeds. So far I have been pretty happy with it and it keeps my work area nice and organized.

Don't let the size of this USB hub fool you. Just because it's small, it really does do a lot. I was able to connect this to my macbook with no issues. I wasn't required to upload or download any program to get it going or sign up for anything. Once it was plugged in, I was able to use my flashdrives immediately. Even with the HDMI plug, I was able to connect this directly to my television and present a photo collage to family. While I had a few people hit the cable, the hub stayed plugged into my macbook and didn't cause any issues with the video playing. The size of this fits perfectly in the palm of my hand but is really convenient because I can put this anywhere. It fits in my backpack and even my laptop sleeve without causing any issues or even getting lost. Since buying this, I use it almost daily as it really does come in handy a lot more than I thought it was going to be.

It detects a monitor fast allowing you to run dual screens all while having additional USB devices plugged in and also charging your laptop at the same time. It is so small you can fit it into the front pocket of a backpack or laptop bag so that it is easy to grab and use when needed. The case is made of metal and has a quality feel when in your hand.

That's one of the reasons I bought it.But I tend to find it even more user friendly as it is so sleek and extremely portable.It has got a high power USBC power input and can power up the connected devices.I'm so happy that I'm able to use this device to power up and connect all of my devices and stream media and a laptop content including video directly onto my monitors.It doesn't have a ethernet cable inlet.But it's a very high efficient USBC hub the dual connectivity which includes two USBC inputs and two USBC outputs and two regular USB ports along with an HDMI port.

There are two thunderbolt 2 connections on my M1 macbook. This item will take up both connections so my hope was that the 2 USB-C connections in the dongle were useful but they are NOT.One of the ports is thunderbolt which supports 100W power connection or Display.The other is just a USB-C connection WITH NO POWER Support.So that means if your monitor is currently using a USB-C connection, then you cannot use the 2nd USB-C for power. And my monitor does not supply power. So this makes this dongle useless. You are better off buying a single USB-C Dongle connection by Wire which then saves your other connector. I was so disappointed when i got this and amazon is full of crap like this.If you are using an HDMI port to connect, then this could work for you, but a dongle is suppose to be versatile. Not worth the headache to buy this again.

We needed a way to display my fiance's MacBook Pro to the large screen at one of our job sites and the device worked perfectly to not only use all the cables she was using but to connect the HDMI as the third monitor.The device is made very well, it does not feel cheap, and it is entirely made of metal. this is a highly recommended product especially for expensive laptops like MacBook Pro ❤️

I've been looking long and hard for a type-C adaptor for my MacBook Pro that would sit flush on the side. Once I found this I immediately picked it up. It was just what I was looking for. The design makes it look more like an Apple ad on instead of an afterthought. It plugs in nicely, and once it's in it feels sturdy and secure. All of the adaptors work perfectly and are well placed. Transfer speeds are super fast from the Type-C inputs and the charging dock works flawlessly. I even like the included carrying case (nice touch). super happy with this purchase.
