Yes but you need NuCanoes adapter plate to spread the weight across two mounting points.

Q: Will this product work on an Ascend H12 hybrid Kayak?

The width is adjustable. you can mount this anywhere you have a rail directly underneath. if you need to install a rail I suggest getting Powertec Universal T-Track on amazon. @ $20 and brass knurled inserts to melt into your kayak in which you will mount enough rail so that it can have a minimum of 2 bolts to connect into inserts. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR KAYAK TO REST ON THE WHEELS FOR DAYS OR WEEKS!! BULID A KAYAK STAND!!
