I am excited at the idea of trying out all of these simple recipes. I love that the batches are small, single-use sizes and the ingredients are readily available unlike so many that I have looked at online with obscure and difficulty to obtain concoctions. I am thrilled that I got this book just as I realized I wanted this information.

I'm a beginner enjoying the process of making my own lotions, masks and hair treatments that works for me. I have been reading materials to help me improve. The book is informative. However it does not give enough step by step instructions for many of the products mentions in the book. For me that would lead to disaster as a beginner.
