I ordered on a Friday, received it on Sunday. Good job, Amazon! The sleeve looks just like the photo. The fabric is relatively soft and very flexible. But it provides compression where I need it. I have a lot of arthritis pain on the top of my hand, between the wrist and knuckles, and the nylon/spandex fabric provides decent compression there. I also have a lot of pain around my wrist, and the gel pads, at pressure points on each side of my wrist, are nice. In terms of sizing, I have relatively small hands, so I ordered Small/Medium, and it was just perfect. I can type on my laptop easily. The fabric is not hot, in fact it feels a little cool. The band with velcro above the wrist looks nice. It is adjustable, but I find that the stretchy material and gel pads provide sufficient compression above my wrist without having to tighten the strap. The stitching is not noticeable against my skin. I really like the design and color ("Ultra Silver" gray with black designs). Three years ago I got a McDavid knee brace (the Pro Stabilizer with the metal joint in it) when I injured my knee, and really liked it, so decided to try the McDavid wrist sleeve, and it's great! I highly recommend it. Really helps with the arthritis pain. BTW, I've purchased several other types/brands of wrist wraps and wrist braces over the years that were neoprene, and they just don't even compare - the McDavid wrist sleeve is not neoprene; it's nylon/spandex, breathable, and very comfortable. From the package: Color: Ultra Silver. Content: 70% Nylon, 30% spandex (elastane). Size S/M wrist circumference = Under 7 inches. This is one of the best purchases I've made in awhile. Really needed it.

Works extremely well

The Velcro used to close the wrist brace doesn’t always stay in place and will have to recluse it several times. This is not what I expected Velcro

The first one I ordered had a manufacturing defect. The thumb hole was sewn closed too far and cut off the circulation in my thumb almost immediately. I really liked the gel inserts on the sides of my wrist and the compression, so I the returned first one and Amazon replaced it at no additional charge. I'm glad I decided to stick with this brace. I have EDS and my wrist dislocates all the time. I'm confident that this brace will help me continue to avoid orthopedic surgery for at least a few more years. I like that I can move the strap depending on where I need more support from day to day. I would rate 5 stars, except for the manufacturing defect on the first one.
