Q: How far can the camera rotate and tilt with respect to the clip?

The camera is attached to the clip with a "ball and socket" type joint. It can rotate freely as many turns as you like. While pointing directly forward (as pictured), it can tilt up about 20 degrees and tilt down about 25 degrees with respect to the flat bottom of the clip (estimated with a digital protractor), for a total travel of about 45 degrees in the forward orientation. In other orientations, e.g. pointing to the side, you get more or less as the clip obstructs the tilt movement more in some orientations and less in others: you can probably imagine that, pointing sideways, the back of the camera can tilt up more because the back of the camera doesn't hit the clip as soon.In practise, for the intended use of mounting on top of a monitor or laptop screen, you can use the flexible clip to get more or less tilt as the flat bottom of the clip doesn't have to lie flat and there's often little or nothing for it to lie flat on: e.g. the flat edge of my laptop screen is only a couple of millimeters.

Q: Will it work with USB 3.0?

I believe it does work with USB 3.0 but I'm not 100% certain. But it has a software issue that the manufacturer never replied to me about. The sound got very distorted and there was no driver software specifically for the device to control the levels and such of voice and audio quality. The video quality, however is excellent.

Q: Does it support Mac OS?

Yes, but as a basic camera only. There are no adjustments such as exposure, etc as found when using it with a PC. If used as a MAC camera for Skype, etc, it great.
