Very tasty and good for you

Pointless
I really commend Rude Health for bringing great, healthy products to market - particularly their milk alternatives, many of which are totally free of additives. However, these sprouted oats seem pointless. They cook and taste more like steel-cut oats than rolled oats (that is to say they are quite chewy). But they cause my blood sugar to spike as much, or more so, than normal organic rolled oats. I think that any benefit of it being "sprouted" is quite dubious. And at this price, that is pointless.

Very tasty but expensive
I love how this oat tastes like- forget about supermarkets cheap ones- it has really interesting taste plus cinnamon flavour! Yummy.

quality.. but over priced
good quality .. but overpriced.. cheaper in local whole food store by £2 !!! .. thats quite a mark up on line.. so I wouldnt get it again.. but its def a good quality . and recommended.
