My family each got one of these to honor my grandmother who passed. The craftsmanship of the pendant was surprisingly high quality. The custom text came out perfectly, no errors. It's a great comfort to still have a part of her with us.

I got the engraving option and the Chinese characters looks perfect and pristine! It's small, sleek, and minimalistic. The length is 3cm so it won't look clunky on you. The time it took to ship out and deliver was fairly quick as well, especially since it's customized. I am thoroughly impressed, although I wish the characters were engraved downwards rather than from left to right like English letters. I got this to make an amulet. The tools that came with it came in very handy, but do get a separate mini screwdriver to open up the bottom. The hole inside is pretty small so make sure to grind/mill finely what you're putting in it. Overall, very satisfied with what I got! Thank you!
