Do you need support, want a smooth silhouette, want to avoid inner thigh friction in your summer dresses and skirts, but don't want to feel like a hot sausage in the warmer weather? This is the product for you! I was skeptical, but the fabric is very lightweight, and has a cotton gusset so it's very breathable. True to size and offers control of the hips, tummy, buttocks, and upper thighs so you have no lumps and bumps or jiggly parts. Proper foundation garments are so important for a neat look, and you can wear this and look good without having to wear the heavier fabric of the original Spanx products. This particular cut does sit below the belly button, so if love handles are a concern, you will need a different style than this. Highly recommend.

So comfortable. A blogger suggested that one size larger than one's normal size gives a more comfortable fit yet still does the job of firming "things" up. I normally would wear a medium, but ordered a large. The blogger was right!

Material seems better as it doesn't roll up my legs at the very ends. Bought xl, I am 230, and fits great.

I ordered two pairs of these "shape wear" shorts, they are comfortable and they wash and dry well. They don't pinch or rub around the waist and the legs don't leave any marks on your thighs. Yes, I would recommend these Spanx "shape wear" shorts.

I've only had one OTHER pair of shapewear shorts, and they rolled down from the top and up from the thighs. These don't do either. They are very lightweight with light compression. If you're looking for a really tight hold, this isn't it, but if you're OK with a light hold with a very nice smoothing effect, these work very well. And...because they're so thin, I don't get hot wearing them. I like them so much I'm looking to buy a bodysuit. By the way, I got the nude color, and it's a pinky nude, which blends into my skin tone nicely.

This aren’t as comfortable or as good as a different style I previously had but they are okay. The front panel is stiff and odd. They roll down at the top which my other style didn’t do. Probably wouldn’t buy again but instead, I will continue searching for something more comfortable that doesn’t roll.

I wore these under a dress and the spanx barely had any elasticity to it. They kept rolling down and gave me more lines and bumps than if I didn’t wear them. The material was thin, which was breathable but yet didn’t do anything for me. I would pass on these in the future.

These are amazing! They are basically anti-chafe shorts. I got a size bigger than I normally am and it isn’t tight anywhere. So no weird lines from stomach or thighs! They are a little longer than I expected so I couldn’t wear them with a shorter dress, but I will be getting lots for summer dresses/skirts!

Perfect for under a silk skirt. Hide all the bumps and much thinner / more comfy than thicker shapewear.
