Absolutely The Best!
This was easy to assemble - seriously as simple as the video makes it look! It’s a little heavy and it has to be because it’s sturdy and durable! Little awkward to get on and off IF you try to do that while it’s fully expanded. Hint: just fold it up and suddenly 1 person can handle it alone NO problem! I did buy some extra reflective stickers since the ones that came with it didn’t fit perfectly. But this is perfect! Perfect size! Love the gate on one end that swings open! This has been the most awesome perfect accessory! Now we can carry the trash cans to the dump without having to hook up the trailer to the SUV or putting trash in the cargo area inside the SUV (gross!)! Highly recommend this one. Some are cheaper but can’t be as perfect as this one. Worth every penny!

Big and Secure
Very easy to install, and easy to fold back, and with this big basket 58"L x 24"W x 16"Deep, I'll have a huge extra space to pack my stuffs, also the 16" deep basket will allow me to easy to secure my suitcases, very good product!

Works great
This thing has a ton of storage. Fit most anything you need. Watch listed weight limit and make sure there is ground clearance. We have used it multiple times. Not sure max weight limit is right. We were under 250 and pretty much maxed out. Love using it and it has made it so we can take our smaller gas efficient vehicle over our truck. No impact to gas mileage. Recommend

Heavy Duty
It’s heavy but one person can easily put it on and take it off. Very sturdy, I’ve hauled an upright air compressor with no problems. Lawn care equipment or what ever. The clamp @ the receiver really helps keep prevent wobble.

good purchase
attached to hitch on back of camper. Great for transporting my smoker and extra propane tank. Will use again to transport my generators for camping off the grid later this year. Overall I am happy with this product.

I sincerely DO NOT recommend this - Almost lost it all
I looked at every similar option that Amazon would present to me and settled on buying this one. What I liked was it has additional bars and additional height as compared to other options out there. When it arrived I opened the box to find that several zip ties were cut. I made me think this was an open item which was returned. Setup was simple enough and I agree with others that the mounting pins are made of cheap metal. I replaced them immediately with something from Masterlock. There was an issue with two holes where I had to file down metal. This took about 30 minutes...Now that it's all setup I can't help but notice how it isn't level with the ground or my car. It sags with nothing in it and loading it with less than 200lbs makes it worse. It's happening at the pivot point and there's no way to stop it from happening. The antiwobble works but this isn't a wobble issue. The part that raises the basket up an inch to give more clearance is a bit of a joke to me. I've driven on several driveways and even the ones with the lowest pitch scrape! It's not level left and right either.. Everything is installed properly and I even had guys at Uhaul take a look since they install hitches every day. They said, "It's just a cheap product dude." I agree and do have buyers remorse. In the end hardware fell off, some was about to fall off, some hardware completely tore off leaving that flap piece bent, I left my mark by scraping every gas station driveway on my 1500 mile trip, and I'm pretty sure I left a few cracked windshields in my wake...Best part was every highway patrolman who had someone pulled over would rubber neck my way when I drove past. This hitch rack clearly doesn't look safe and legal as-is. I feel lucky they never pulled me over.

Already rusted.
Put on our car a week ago for vacation and it has already rusted. It’s still useable but it’s a haste to fold up/ put back together as you need pliers to pull the springs.
