I read many reviews before purchasing and found the odd complaint about the jug clouding up, the pour spout causing messes and the basket not being easy to clean... others said overall it was a great buy. I was a bit hesitant, but went ahead and purchased it anyway.Glad I did! I clean the inside of the jug with a sponge bottle brush and the outside with a dishrag - no clouding at all, none. Pouring tea out is a snap IF you align the arrow on the lid with the spout... as it is supposed to be aligned for pouring. The basket, which is easily removable after brewing is quite easy to clean. Just unscrew the cap on the bottom, hold the basket over the garbage can (large opening down) and press a bit on the "plug" of tea leaves and most of it pops right out and into the garbage. Then just rinse any remaining leaves out and you are done. Takes maybe 2 minutes and was as easy as falling off a log.It fits easily on the bottom shelf of my fridge and gives me perfectly brewed iced tea, a whole gallon at a time! Love it! Since it take about eight hours to make good cold brewed tea, once I'm about a third of the way through the jug, I pour the remainder in large mouth mason jars, put them in the fridge and start another batch.If you aren't sure of the tea to water ratio, I started with 40 grams of orange peko to a gallon of water - it was good but just a tad weak. Now I'm using 45 grams of tea and am totally satisfied.EDIT: I'm now using 70 grams of black loose leaf tea, that for me is the sweet spot,

Good quality. Easy to use. Very large size. Taller than a milk jug, so make sure you have the height room in your fridge for it. Super good quality all around. Very impressed with the product. Highly recommended if you like cold tea as it makes a massive batch.
