Product yes, company not so sure
This seems like a well built product. Installation is easy (IF you have the correct type of controller). Remotes linked easily and work from a respectable distance. Recommend that you be cautious to ensure you have a compatible system before buying. The product comes with a small piece of paper that says we do not accept returns on electronic components - which is not consistent with their Amazon listing. In addition, the stop function did not work when I first attempted installation. I contacted tech support and got back a note saying 'your system has a normally closed stop button, our system uses a normally open stop button.' I was lucky because my door had two controllers and the second one seems to have been the normally open type. Once again, the product seems nice and is working well - just recommending that you make sure it is compatible before you buy.

I should have bought this years ago
Incredibly easy to install. Watch the video on their website and you'll see how easy it is.

Easy intsall
Took less than 30 min. To get the tools and install and test 2 remotes. It worked perfectly the 1st time.

Does not work on all operators.
Delivered on time and when an issue came up customer service was fair. The item would not work on an operator made in 2017 with a logic board. We then tested it on an older mechanical unit and it worked as advertised. Great concept in adding a receiver to an operator by replacing the push button with the combined receiver/push button. Needs beta testing on newer operators.

Works great
Replaced a similar style manual push button control with this one. Installation was easy.

You better hope it works cause you are on your own if it doesn't
Installed unit in climate controlled environment and it quit working after three weeks. The manual buttons still worked but the wireless didn't. Contacted seller to arrange an exchange. The response was terse with a less-than-thrilled tone regarding my problem. I was told that a replacement antenna was being shipped out to me; never mind that I had already uninstalled the switch in preparation for return, so I got to reinstall the switch with the new antenna received a week later. Not surprising it solved nothing. I informed the seller that the fix didn't work and with an "I don't have to do this but I will attitude" I was told to return the unit for a refund to an address with a copy of the email. I told them that I didn't want a refund I wanted a replacement unit that worked. I was then told to return the unit and their technicians "will evaluate and repair it, if necessary". Now I'm less-than pleased. Can you get any more insulting? Now he's insinuating that it may not be broke and I guess I'm the idiot that can't operate a garage door opener. So I send a curt response asking why I can't have a replacement sent. We're talking about 15 or 20 dollars worth of cost here (they say made in the USA but list a relationship with "top Asian manufacturers" a key to have realistic prices). It's not a complex unit; three buttons and a couple of relays and a small surface-mount board......simple stuff we shouldn't even be debating about. I tell him I've had to install his switch twice already after wasting my time on a replacement antenna and don't think I should have to wait for who knows how long for you to evaluate what I know is broken and no telling how long to repair, if necessary (and I say if capable). So Now he responds to me with a I don't like your attitude email stating that according to the warranty they only guarantee material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Once installed they seem to think they have no obligation to supply anything that works past day one. He acted as though he was doing me a favor even entertaining covering the switch and that by virtue of installing it and using it for its intended purpose as described he had no obligation to provide anything that worked past his shipping department. He actually sent a copy of the warranty with his "we don't like your attitude" email. Steer clear of these guys unless you think it makes sense that once installed in your application, as the product is described to be used, the "manufacturer" is no longer under any obligation to warranty its product.

Not waterproof
Great add on for commercial doors, just wished they offered waterproof setup.
