Meets most needs
I wanted to counter the iPad weight by being able to use it while resting on my lap or desk/table. Worked very well. I wanted to minimize finger marks on screen by using this with a stylus. Worked well. Wish that on closing, it automatically shut off the iPad. It didn't. For the price, a good purchase.

Wouldn't buy it again, not kid tough!
While this product fits and protects, the stand is made from weak cardboard and was easily bent by my kids. After several months of use, the rotating section feel off of the cover and wasn't able to be used consistently.
