Q: Is this particular one water soluble

I don't believe it mixes well with water. It is an oil. If the item gets wet it does not ruin the oiled iem though.

Q: Is this “Lexol Equine Neatsfoot” the exact same formula as the previous “Lexol NF”? Or slightly different?

Different after use leather doesn’t have the same supple feeling

Q: Does this neatfoot oil have the same effects on quality faux leathers? It would be great not to have to buy a separate conditioner.

I doubt that any conditioners would have an impact on faux leathers
