The very first (and next 4) Homedic pillows of this type that I bought were soft and supple. This one is twice as hard as the one I bought last year. I have RA and it’s too hard of a pressure on my neck. It might be fine as a knee or back bolster, but not soft enough for my neck.

Undoubtedly the most uncomfortable pillow ever. Very hard, I wanted it for my neck but much too hard, was even too hard to use for my legs. No way did this pillow feel like memory foam. Total waste of money!!

I was delighted with this pillow,I especially like the soft cover on the pillow. I use it under the knees and sleep better, with reduced swelling in the legs.I have used regular pillows, but this pillow really is effective.

Very comfortable and small enough to make changing it's position easy while under blankets. Really helps relieve certain postural pains. Love that the cover is removeable and washable.

Good product. I am thinking to buy one again for my mother.

My 5 star rating is as a lower back pillow. I think it would also be quite helpful & comfortable for those looking for some neck/shoulder relief. Today, I’m about to purchase my 4th - I literally can’t sit without it behind me now. That’s over the course of 10 years & I’m hard on them, don’t worry...they last well. They also have a nice, soft cover that is removable via zipper & washable.I have myriad back problems - so severe that I’ve been unable to work for a decade. Most nights I need to sleep in a recliner. Sitting in any other type of chair is insanely painful - but this l’il pillow can really help. And it’s small enough to take with me in the car, to restaurants, etc. And on the recliner, it makes it much easier for me to settle & sleep. The memory foam fills in all the spaces around my spine & just gives me so much more relief than sitting without it. And personally? I find the full, round bolster pillow too much for my lower back.I would NOT recommend this pillow for under legs, knees or ankles. I think it’s too small & light to give anyone much relief there. Maybe if you needed to elevate your baby toe an inch or two? It also *might* be ok between the knees, but I think there are better pillows for that.So, if your issue is lower back or neck/shoulder pain? This is likely a purchase you’ll be very happy with. If the problem is getting elevation or support for your legs, knees or feet? I would suggest a wedge pillow or something with a little more substance. Hope this helps.

am a small thin man not big , the real problem ... is you by a 3 inch pillow height and when you put your back on it turn to 1cm .... ultraaaaa soft ... your back touch the floor because sooooooo soft and full air .... after 1 sec back or head touch the floor ... i by every pillow in the world here and this one is the worst :( ... its kind of zero firm or 5% firm ... 1 sec all my back is on the floor :( whit zero pressure :( .... at least i ave pay a open box ... but never again ... for my backpain and a wonderfull sleep you need firm at least 70% and more ++ ... this one i just dont feel zerooo nothing (nothing) ... i mean zero .. all back touch the ground ..(all)..zero up ! and am small man imagine big or tall ... for me this ave zerooo utility (zero) for nothing and am a hugggge pillow byer , i ave all pillow !!!

I do not find this pillow offers any back support at all. Included a picture showing me lightly squeezing so you can see how soft the pillow is. The pillow itself looks exactly as shown, is soft and a good size. I do find it is a very comfortable neck pillow, I suffer from neck pain and find it hard to sleep on pillows, this offers great neck support without the pain of a traditional pillow. Gave only 3 stars because I bought this for the lumbar support and it fails in that category for me.

Being fully bedridden I purchased this pillow to help alleviate bed sores and overall discomfort. Upon arrival I immediately placed it under my backside and the comfort was immediate. I just ordered a second pillow so I can have it on both sides of my body. The cost of the pillow is very reasonable and even priceless for the sake of comfort.If you are in the market for a cushion of similar use as I purchased it for, I strongly recommend this 5/5 star product.

When I first saw the pillow after delivery, I thought it was unsubstantial looking (rather dinky looking and small) and would do nothing to help me.I’d been suffering from the pain of waking up with a sore neck for weeks and was desperate. I used it the first night and was happily surprised to see that I’d woken up without a sore neck (and have since purchase!)I don’t use the pillow on its own (it’d be nearly akin to sleeping without a pillow). I still use my regular feather pillows but I nestle this pillow under the crook of my neck and it gives me the perfect support I need. I use the pillow while laying on the couch watching tv as well.Would definitely recommend.
