A nice and easily available dupe of prismas
I loved these colored pencils! They are sooo creamy and are really good for layering, these are easily comparable to prismacolor pencils, though I would recommend to expand this set to a 100 or 150 pencil set.

Good quality, nice to use
The pencils are blendable and vibrant and easy to use even though thinner than usual Derwent artist grade pencils. A 24 pencil set is sufficient though ideally the strawberry shade should have been a true to name shade (pink toned red) instead of a brown tone red as that is missing in the set. Also close and easily achievable shades like lilac and violet, light blue and blue, strawberry and raisin could have been better varied by having shades like Mars violet, Ultramarine, a cool toned Red. Also, it's essential to have information on lightfastness as this is being marketed as professional pencils. Nevertheless, it's still a very good set.Now on the retailer and delivery. The box was completely dented and one nib was broken. I just feviquicked it to avoid going through the hassle of changing but this retailer will just not bubble wrap these delicate art materials though this is not the first time they have sent dented boxes and damaged products. It's extremely frustrating to see them waste these expensive products by not wrapping with either bubble wrap or extra cardboard, leading to damage that most consumers won't accept.

Perfect for beginners and artists alike!
I am just a notch above a beginner and wanted something that was easy to use and produced great results for me. I ordered a 24 pencil set of Derwent Chromaflow and I can say that these pencils are excellent - smooth layover, bright colours and very easy to blend.Look no further!

Beautiful Pencils
Very smooth and highly pigmented colors wax color pencils. Can cover large areas in lesser time, good layering and blending. importantly has a sharp tip and does not break during coloring or sharpening. Should go for these pencils

Quality issues
The colors are good, with good pigment and supposed to be similar to Prismacolor Premier. But worse quality. The leads break easily. The plastic cases inside the main box are also of flimsy quality. For beginners or those who want to try out some cheap Derwent pencils, Chromaflow might be OK. As long as the pencils work well, the output will be good. But if one cares about quality and reliability, skip the Chromaflow, and go for Lightfast instead which are of course more expensive.

Soooo smooth and intense
You will love these pencils. They are highly pigmented, so you can lay down colour fast. Blending is great. And they don’t break! Just go for it. You will forget prismacolour after you use these.

Excellent pencils from great company, but box cover missing
Derwent Chromaflow are excellent pencils which are waxed based and so highly suited for blending. However seller has sent the box without the metal cover lid – this is not the first time I have had the same issue. These pencils are an expensive set from a reputed company, Derwent, and they are intended to arrive complete with metal box to keep pencils organised (box has a back and front cover as per picture) However sellers are not sending the box of pencils as intended by manufacturer Derwent.... why? I don't know.... but for sure the fault does not lie with Derwent but with the seller.... Without the cover, the pencils cannot be kept in the box unless always sitting on a desk.... no taking your pencils for outdorr sketching or on a travel or to college ....unless you purchase a pencil case to keep them in! Sellers pls don't sell part-product. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the missing cover until after the return window had closed (I was away) ...only 6 days return window, so I am left with a useless box, but with great pencils - So this low star rating is not due to the pencil quality but due to seller fault

Good for blending and colours are little vivid enough
Value for money.. colours are vivid and gives nice blending effect for semi realism.

Beautiful and creamy pencils at a great price
These pencils are so saturated and pigmented. I purchased the 150 set after hearing that all of the colors will soon be available open stock from art stores. I mostly use Faber Castell polychromos for sketching and art, but I noticed a lack of the more bright, fun colors that a lot of the student brands have. I did not want to sacrifice performance and it was also important to me that the colors are available open stock. This set includes 4 great and very bright lime greens (Pear, Key Lime, Citrus Yellow, Lemon Lime) which are the hardest to find in the more "serious" professional art brands. I'm sure it has to do with lightfastness and subject matter, but I plan on using these in coloring books and love using bright, pigmented colors. On pencil quality, they are slightly smaller in diameter to the average Derwent pencil. They feel in the hand similar to a modern Prismacolor. The paint on the barrel is matte and there were some more textured pencils that I noticed, but did not affect my ability to use them. I also noticed some with chipped paint and incomplete printing, but also did not affect my ability to use them. They are extremely blendable and quite soft and buttery (to me, compared to Polychromos and Arteza). When I was swatching them I do not recall any scratchy colors. I also used the Prismacolor colorless blender and they are the most easy to blend of all of my pencils. I actually have to be careful to not blend or smudge too much! This also means that I can color faster because I can put down a light layer of color on the page and very easily blend it out to get the full color coverage that I want. They're not watercolor pencils, but the effect of using the colorless blender pencil on a light layer was similar to activating a watercolor pencil in that you can get a lot of color coverage and it does change the look quite a bit. The Derwent colorless blender used on a blend of blue and yellow actually blended to a green, where the prismacolor blender just brightened the colors and softened the texture.Overall I am very happy with these pencils. I think they're a great value and there's an excellent color selection. I wish they were a tad bit harder, but I also realize I'm probably in the minority when I gravitate to harder pencils and anything softer feels too soft. I definitely recommend these for coloring book enthusiasts.

Qualidade
Amei os lápis. São macios e com excelente pigmentação.

Macios e cores vibrantes
