absolutely love these bowls & corelware in general
they last forever... often have dropped one a few feet, and had it bounce right back no harm done. Of course, the occasional drop has resulted in total shattering, and the shards ARE sharp... there seems to be no in between. Ie it is either total bounceback unharmed or else total explosion... not the usual little nicking that you get with more porous type ceramics. I like these dishes because they are so light weight, so easy to be sure are totally clean, fine in the microwave, dishwasher, freezer, you name it. They feel and look like glass but are as idiot proof as plastic.

Height is not accurate in the description
The height is not accurate in the description. These bowls are not 3". I purchased because I thought they were the same size as my other 18 oz Corelle bowls, but these are way smaller. I was looking for depth. The bowls are the quality, lightweight ones I expected, so that is the reason for the 3 stars. And the seller did offer to take them back, but with the restocking fee and return postage it isn't really worth the return. For small cereal bowls these would be great. Just make sure that is what you want before you purchase.

18 oz is a Bit of a Fib but These Bowls are Awesome
These are great bowls but beware the size! 18 oz is very misleading. It doesn't mean the bowl will hold 18 oz of liquid. See the picture of the bowl filled to the brim with 16 oz of water. I also have 10 oz bowls from Corelle that only hold about 8 before overflowing. I guess I just don't understand how Corelle sizes them. These are classy, simple, and an awesome deal. Perfect for cereal and small soup portions but they are not large enough to hold 18 oz of liquid.

Great purchase you can't go wrong
You can't go wrong with Corelle I have been using Correlle since the 1970's. packed well and shipped fast. Great purchase you can't go wrong !!!

There’s no problem with the product, it was the cost, in order to complete the gift I had to pay almost for your 4 bowls as I did for a set!
