Describes how you can fill the water tank and put ice crystals in tank - this is impossible as water tank can’t be removed. Poor item.

Great product but quite noisy
We were using 2 large tower fans but room was still over 30c.this was great and reduced temp down to 20c in short time,only thing that let it down slightly was its noisy on level 2 and 3,level 1 was bearable at night,also this item didn't come with remote control as stated.overall happy with product
