Great value for money and it does such a good job, I started taking it as I suffered with cramp in the night, I don't suffer now! I am on my third batch of 1000 and I don't think I will ever stop using them as I can now sleep through the night.

Please note that I do not rate the efficacy of the pills at this time (that would take months and a blood test to prove).I did receive the pills without any issues. Not a single broken pill (international shipping). Three people, including myself, are taking them in a daily basis. No side effects at all. Some minor health improvements (lower joint pains and daytime sleepiness but could easily be a placebo effect).I am severely D3 and Calcium deficient, unable to sustain normal blood levels without proper supplements. So I will have my periodical blood test after Christmas and perhaps (hopefully not) reconsider my review.
