Fantastic for exercise, fantastic all-around
I really appreciate this mask altogether. The fit is great, with an adjustable loop behind each ear, plus a hook with different loops to hook behind the head. It can be very snug, or loose, as needed. The nose bridge is bendable so you can get a great fit there as well. The best part, though, is the interior breathing compartment. With a rigid frame to hold the front of the mask away from your face, and a looser interior wall that fits around the mouth, your breathing is not restricted at all. This makes it great for exercise specifically, but also great for everyday use. And the design also mostly ELIMINATES GLASSES FOGGING UP! I was delighted by this, I went running in 35 degree temperature, and with other masks I pretty much resign to having my vision obscured, but with this one, I had only the lightest of fogs, for a very short time. Really outstanding design.
