An excellent book for anyone who wants help with anxiety, overwhelm, people pleasing , stress etc it gives sensible, scientifically researched advice , tips and tricks and guides you through a ‘flexible’ way of thinking for a positive outcome . Thoroughly recommend this for anyone wanting to help themselves through tough times

One of the best books for Anxiety I have read!!
I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember and I have gone through a countless number of books over the years. Finally! I have found a book at that has helped!!! Thank you the author!! I would thoroughly recommend to anyone else who needs that ‘pick me up’

Flexible thinking, a game-changer
I love that there are ways to change the negative thought spiral! I love that there is a technique and I love that this book explores not just the 'worst bits of life' but it actually looks at a life like mine where I can't point to any big addiction or parent failure, but my mind over time has taken me to places that I have struggled to get out of and this book helps with that.
