Batter leaked during cooking
The pan had a broken part around the bottom edge which caused the batter to leak during baking. I didnt realize it was broken until I used it to bake and the batter started to drop slowly in the oven.

Not Dishwasher Safe. Avoid.
Not Dishwasher Safe. Rusted. Other brands don't mention that it is dishwasher safe and then list disclaimers about not using detergent in the dishwasher to be safe.

rusted and leaked
on the third bake, noticed it was rusted in the rims and the batter (thin) was leaking right through the bottom

Seriously it really did. And you, I know how to align and close a springform. What I DID notice is the hinge itself is tinplate, and is as supple as soft lead. I did manage to take pliers to it and repair it and I soldered on a reinforcing piece onto it, and its ok now, but really? This is a Wilton ... its supposed to be better than that.

This is the perfect pan for the America's Test Kitchen air fryer cheesecake recipe. Its tall enough to accommodate the cheesecake with a thick oreo cookie crust and still fit within your air fryer. I've had another pan that wasn't this tall and started to rust along the rim. Don't cheap out on a pan! This is the one you want.
