Cablecc Locking Waterproof CAT6 RJ45 Female to Female LAN Ethernet Network Extension Adapter Coupler

The design behind these, at first glance, is really good... They seal both cables from exposure with a female/female RJ45 connector in the middle. The problem is, the hole at either end isn't big enough to get any Cat 6, Cat 6e, or Cat 7 cable through it.Properly disassembled as per instructions, there is just no way to get the connector through the end piece without drastically trimming the rubber on the cable, or using an angle-grinder to cut away the end-piece of the coupler. This then leaves the cable without a seal to weather etc. Mine now end up looking like a wad of duct tape. I would have been better off using an indoor coupler in a weatherproof junction box.Look elsewhere. Not recommended.

This item is amazing for the installation of PoE CCTV, and other equipment that needs to be joined, and has to use RJ45 connectors.

Tenuto all'aperto e alle intemperie devo dire che questo articolo soddisfa le esigenze di tenuta all'acqua. È piuttosto ingombrante rispetto ad altri che ho preso e recensito ma c'è un perchè: si riesce ad infilare il cavo già crimpato quindi completo di connettore RJ45 maschio, pertanto in caso di sostituzione basta sfilare i cavi senza doverli tagliare.Ricapitolando:- se non avete problemi di spazio lo consiglio perché i cavi passano già cablati- se avete problemi di spazio prendete quelli con diametro inferiore ma il cavo va cablato dopo essere stato infilato nei cappucci, quindi per la rimozione andrà poi tagliato il cavo

Utilizzato per rendere un cablaggio sicuro all’interno di un pozzetto elettrico esterno. Dopo circa un anno l’umidità è penetrata all’intero del cablaggio danneggiandolo e rendendolo inutilizzabile.
