Works as expected...You want slightly smaller than your area, ropes add and stretches slightly.Light weight, lighter than a different I had. I liked this better and seemed to breath more. It will allow water to pass thru but not really a pour thru...Perfect for the backyard/deck.

I bought this to connect my garage to my house, for cover in the rain and shade in the sun. It works great for both! I will say that some rain does drip through which I think is a great quality considering I couldn’t pitch it enough to have a significant run off. It stretches when very wet but then tightens right up once the sun comes back out. It also had some large wrinkles immediately after install but those tightened out as well. I bought the recommended hardware kit for it but replaced carabiners with larger ones and used with heavy duty chain, since my space was a little too large for the size I bought (I knew this before purchasing). The other side uses the 10” turnbuckles which are perfect for this use case as well. Color is exactly as pictured (vibrant red) but I did have to adjust to the red tint it gives the light that shines through my side door :) Overall very happy with purchase and quality. Easy to install as well (we are amateurs and still nailed it). My friends went and bought their own after seeing mine.

This sun sail gives us the perfect shade.cI absolutely love the look and the ease that it went up. Husband installed with ease w/o the offered hardware. Which worked out very well bc the the sail stretches... over several days one will need to adjust and reset. But I love it!I can not teview durability or anything other than what we did.

Bought this for ourTownhouse patio area. Have yet to install it but it’s a high-quality excellent product. I’ve taken it out of its packaging and we’re impressed with the quality. Excited to get it up!Note: I wish the hardware had been included. I almost didn’t buy it because of that!

bought this product for shade and it does the job. There is no perimeter pocket for a wire rope like more expensive models so this can be difficult to tension. It is holding up well but required several changes to tension after being installed. the material is very stretchy so after time in the sun and heat it will require adjustment.
