Spotlight Oral Care Sonic Toothbrush, 0.9 kg

Bought to replace conventional electric brush. Found this to be more effective and cleans better.

Right from opening the box this oozes quality and the care and attention that has gone into it's design and construction. It feels nice in the hand, cleans like you've just been to the hygienist, I've not felt quite this same feeling since the earliest Sonic care brushes with the magnets on each brush head and the cavity that got so horrifically gunky but cleaned teeth so well without the wear and tear on the body, the mechanism was replaced with every head . The included travel case is so well executed too, the charger has a full UK plug. Such a quality product in every single detail. The shaft that connects the head to the body is easily twice as substantial as the oral B ones so should last but does mean compatible/cheaper heads may never be available. Do not spend any more on an oral B or sonic care, this is the daddy of all sonic toothbrushes right now.

I know this is really highly rated. However my experience was this:I liked how my teeth felt after brushing.The noise was off-putting - high pitched and loud.The vibration was alarming, especially if I banged it against my teeth.But most important for me was that during my dental check up my hygienist noted plaque between my teeth. My previous Braun brush had floss action brushes. I had never needed to floss. I have gone back to that brush.

I am pleased with the way this toothbrush cleans and my teeth feel good afterwards. Obviously, for the price I was not expecting loads of extra features however I would have liked a warning when the battery is nearly out of charge rather to find it dead the next time I tried to use it. It is for this reason I have only given 4*.

Broke within a month. No response from Amazon or the company directly when asked for refund. Messaged about this 3 times. Zero response. Awful service from Amazon and manufacturer. Absolute daylight robbery for highly expensive item.
