One of the best fenugreek products if you are afraid of the smell and wants benefits. I take this when I feel congested in my chest and in my ears (when my ears feel full of fluid). It thins the mucus and that keeps the congestion from getting too bad. I have been using this product for years now. I think it works differently on people but this is what it does for me. Just wanted to share in case someone has the same issues as me when the seasons change , weather changes, or any time one feels congestion in these areas at any time of year. Great For sinuses

I have used this product for a few years and I love it as it helps me with my sinus issues. I am not sure why this time I only received one bottle even though this is supposed to have 4 packs. Will contact customer support.

I like the product, it works to lower cholesterol. Buyer be aware though. I've purchased it 8 times. The first 5 times I purchased it, it came in packs of 4. It is supposed to come in packs of 4. Note the details below the product description. It says 400 per unit. 100 per bottle x 4 bottles = 400. It also says .03 cents per dose confirming it. Why is Amazon or the sellers separating the units. I need an explanation
