Excellent jerky, a nice variation on typical teriaki flavoring.
This is really good jerky in bulk. It's a little pricey purchasing this amount all at once, but the quality is very good.Only a few pieces per pound either contain serious amount of gristle and/or are cut with the grain making beef flavored bubblegum rather than good, chewy jerky. The flavors are excellent and the meat is well flavored and cured throughout.The variety of the flavors I have tried have not been disappointing. Each flavor I have tried has been distinctly good.I would suggest vacuum packing any jerky that sits waiting to be eaten; I have not seen any mold, but the recipe and jerky does not appear to be heavy on preservatives (a good thing). Thus, it is likely best to consume it quickly or store the unused portions properly.I would recommend this jerky to others if you can (1) justify the cost even when buying in such bulk, and (2) be able to store it properly once it's opened.

Changes?
Ive been buying this for a long time. I was bummed that the price went up on my favorite jerky. I was more bummed when I tasted the jerky and there is barely any flavor or sweetness like there used to be. Was there a change?

Best stuff
I used to have this when I was up in upstate New York. Glad I found it on the Jungle that is the Amazon market place. HIde from Veagin friends are not fans, also Vegetarians are more tolerating of bag o'beef. But worth it if you believe the cloud people will attack and you need to stock up, or if like me you want to have a snack for a couple of months. Really good stuff, and honestly while a lot of food really does last a long time, and unlike any other beef jerky it makes me want to buy more.

dont like the taste nearly impossible to chew like leather.skip it unless you love sweet tough leather.it is low in calories though.

Best jerky I’ve ever had and I’ll keep introducing fiends to it. 10/10. My bf and I love it so much.

Not What Was Expected
Although it is a great quantity and the flavor is good, the cuts are not the same as the smaller bags you can buy in stores. This cut is thin and very chewy. our bag was not overly salty like others have stated.

Not what I was hoping for.
The taste is ok. I occasionally find a good tasting teriyaki flavor. This was not a fav. I wanted soft chewing texture. 90% is too hard to eat.
