One year old and it is Everything i wanted. Note you can still get a sunburn through the loose weave, and it leaks a lot during a rain. I wanted the porosity so water didn’t fill it up; and i live with the resulting reduced UV.

Made our patio at least 10 degrees cooler, offers good shade and it's a great color. You do have to get your own install hardware.

I love that it is Red, as it will replace my Red umbrella on my side patio for the Summer here in AZ. I just bought too big so had to reorder a 8 x 14, but plan to keep the10 x 16 for my back yard. I do wish that there were more grommet s, being it is so big. No sure about water resistant because we don't get a lot of rain in AZ, but I'm think that rain will be able to come through.

Put the sail shade over our pergola for some shade during peak hours of sun. It works great!

Great product. Blocks the perfect amount of sun. Seems well sewn together and I believe it will last. Measurements are pretty spot on.

We love the rich color and it covers exactly what we wanted covered.

It is practical, functional, and looks very attractive while keeping the sun off our table on the deck.

Good but not great. The dimensions were not exact and I found it really difficult to install. It would be nice if it had garments on the side as well as the corners this would aid in a nice straight installation

I am not one to find much negative in a product but I would not purchase this one again!This sunsail is not as thick As the previous one we purchased. I would not purchase this one again. I was disappointed in the quality. It seemsLike same as other but def not as light filtering and thinner material
