Missing shoulder strap
Would of given 5 stars except the small box didn’t come with the long strap. Can’t connect it to the 20 inch luggage and can’t order a strap separate. Too bad, it’s a beautiful set. Would of been good if they sent all the pieces

Not good quality at all
Luggage was of poor quality and appeared cheaply made. Logo on front was even crooked.
