Exact replacement.
Perfect fit and exact replacement for my 33 year old Mansfield outside faucet handle. I did need to buy a new 1/4 X20X3/4 bolt and washer, but that was .53 cents, so no big deal. Make sure to coat the bolting with anti seize to help prolong it. The old bolt was pretty corroded.

Fits 3/8" stem
This is a nice handle of it fits your stem. We needed to repair a Hammond 38 and those have a 1/4" stem. These don't fit out of the package. But they are a decent handle and if you are clever enough to create a shim, and you have enough hardware lying around to replace the screw, then you can make it work. Which we did. Not "plug and play".
