I received the luggage with a scratch. However, the worst thing is that the luggage is locked and no access code nor key is included in the package so I cannot open it... I have to ask for a refund and return it because of this.

The product is as described, really nice and light weighted bag. No complaint in the department!The miscommunication leads to this enormous stars drop. I had to wait for the bag almost 5 months. People buy these stuffs to use them. It was nowhere stated it could take this long. Also they charged me more that the stated price at the time of purchase.

Love this suitcase. Went away for two weeks and it’s light weight and holds a lot of clothing. Super easy to pull. The eight wheels gives easy mobility in any direction. Samsonite is great. It does get scratch but what suitcase doesn’t. Easy to clean off dirt with water and soap. It was the only suitcase of its color and easy to spot. Will buy another definitely.

Easy to handle but also easy to get scratched up and dirty during travel.

Height is slightly less than 30 inches as I measured. And thickness is around or slightly over 12 inches. And width is 20 inches. Very good, solid construction, rugged, yet lightweight at 10.1 lbs when I measured. Nicely rolling wheels and good handles, looks like a reliable luggage, though nothing fancy (and yes, it scratches a bit and may not give the best appearance)
