It’s a decent belt if you’re getting into weightlifting. I was frustrated with it at first because I couldn’t make it tighter, but all I had to do was break into it. The black part rubs off, so if you’re wearing a light gray or white shirt to the gym it’ll get dirty. The customer service was great. They were willing to send me a new belt. The belt I received doesn't rub off like the previous one.

The belt being suede leather is alittle softer, but that just means no break in. For me, I measure belly button at 42". So I ordered the appropriate size according to their chart. I've got 2 holes left at the start of the holes. So it seem like the belt runs a little big. Once it is adjusted right, it is nice not to have to fight with the prong style belt. Another feature, after your set, you can release and the belt stays on you. It just is loose. Woth a prong style, after your set you have to undo it, then fight to get it back on. This is so much more convenient
