The best part of this book is that, author will give you insight of different sectors, though not a deep analysis, but good enough for retail investors. Also it talks about fundamental analysis of company and finding intrinsic value of companies. Though a bit boring but a must read.

Very useful to understand business, valuation and psychology of investing

Great book! Presents the five steps in a very logical manner along with the case studies. The section on Industry Analysis is truly a bonus and one that helps you put the perspectives in place. Worth the price of the material. The system presented in the book is excellent both for the novice as well as experienced investors. Having a system to invest is always better than having none.The book delivers on the promise it makes.

Lot of material explained intuitively. So happy to read through this book. Although I have not applied the concepts in real life investing, I am looking forward to do this in near future. Thanks to the author for putting together this "gem". Highly recommended.

Probably one of the most important books on investing I have, and I have a lot. Critical for any investor to have in your right hand at all times.

I donot agree with the writer's view in Indian context because of equity investing for long period is long waiting time for gain but short term period equity investment repeatedly in Indian context is beneficial in terms of expenses(Brokerage etc) and Taxation where Taxation is 15% in India and 35% approximately in foreign countries. Over-in-all writer's view in foreign country may be precise.

This is a MUST HAVE really. This book lays out the bases for anyone who is really interested in engaging with the stock market. I must say that it's the starting point for every serious investor.
