Since purchasing this item, I've had at least 3 of the fronts come out of piercing, losing them. These don't properly grip for long term wear, which is what I was looking for. I'm going to have to find different jewelry to replace these as they don't stay. I'm pretty disappointed, especially since now I have a product I can't use.
