Hello, No it does not have the ability to adjust the height. I purchased this item to hold a portable AC unit to elevate it off of the floor. It is very sturdy and durable.

Not adjustable - there are 2 heights - one with the legs extended and one with them folded up. It is really a stable step - we are pleased with it

Q: The plat form says 24x15.5 . What are the deminsion at the bottom of the legs when extended?

29&1/4"X 19&1/4", very stable even if stepping on the edges.

Q: How do the legs lock? I figure it must be simple, Pictures would help.

Once they are pulled out they lock into place, very sturdy. We use it as a extra step into RV and it works great. It has stood up to 275 lbs of weight and legs never buckled.
